Today, I completed an 11.01 km run in Seoul, enjoying the autumn scenery and every step with Seoul Flyers. Along the way, I recorded my second-fastest 10K—a rewarding milestone in my running journey.

With blue skies overhead and trees turning shades of yellow and orange, it was a beautiful day to be outdoors. The photograph captures a simple moment I want to remember: running with a smile and enjoying the journey.
Between work and everyday responsibilities, making time for running is something I value. It gives me space to step away from the screen, challenge myself, and return with fresh energy. Today’s achievement adds another reason to keep making that time.
Sharing the run with Seoul Flyers made the experience even more enjoyable. There is something special about being surrounded by people who share the same enthusiasm for getting outside and moving forward.
